2.3.3. No Refund Guarantee

Due to the intangible nature of digital products and the ability to easily copy or replicate them, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, unless the exceptions set forth in this policy apply.

2.3.4. Exceptions to the Non-Refund Policy

The following are the only situations in which a refund will be considered:

- Billing Error: If a billing error occurs and a purchase is incorrectly charged, a full refund will be provided once the error has been verified.
